- All returns have to be done within 7 working days from date of delivery with a valid order reference number. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained.
- Please take note that we do not provide cash refund, we will provide a credit note in which you may utilize it to purchase other available items.
- Product categories we accept for return include clothing, bags and shoes.
- Please make sure all items are in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their tags intact! Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
- Returns are applicable on regular priced orders without discounts.
- Return postage charges will be borne by the customer.
- Orders have to be mailed back via a trackable postage mode only. After your return item been confirmed, you will be issued a Store Credit (strictly non-extensible) with 90 days validity.
- Store Credit discount code can only be used once.
- Do kindly seek our confirmation prior to returning your order.
- We do not provide exchange services. If you would like to change to another item, do use the credit voucher to purchase another item or another size.

* Please note that our retail team is not trained to handle online orders. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need assistance with your online orders. For all online order returns, you will be required to mail the items back to our warehouse, address will be provided via email. Please note that should you choose to have your items deposited at the stores, a courier fee of RM5 will be imposed and deducted from your store credits as payment for the courier service to have the items mailed back to the warehouse.
